1. How do I start a return or exchange?

Include your order number and return address when returning your order. This ensures that your return or exchange is processed correctly.

Note: We do not cover the cost of return shipping and original shipping paid cannot be refunded.
Please allow 7-14 business days for the exchange or refund to be processed.
2. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 60 days of purchase. Items must not be washed or worn and must be in the same condition as they were sent.

You may return your order for a refund or exchange as long as it hasn’t been washed or worn and is in the same condition as when it was sent.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
